Attorneys:
TODD HAMMER
Todd practices in
the areas of insurance defense, civil litigation and workers’
compensation defense. He graduated cum laude from Whitman College
in 1975 with a bachelor’s degree in political science-philosophy and
received his law degree from the University of Montana Law School in
1979. He served on the editorial staff of the Montana Law Review
form 1977 to 1979 and was business manager of the Montana Law
Review. Following graduation from law school, he clerked with the
Montana Supreme Court from 1979-1980. He has served two terms on
the board of directors of the Montana Defense Trial Lawyers
Association.
He has an “AV”
rating in Martindale-Hubble, has practiced law for more than 25 years
and is admitted to practice before all Montana state and federal
courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit,
and the United States Supreme Court. He participated in the longest
civil trial in Flathead County (nine weeks). He serves on the board
of directors of Mountain West Bank and Flathead Industries for the
Handicapped. He is married, has two children and enjoys tying flies
and flyfishing. He can be found in his drift boat on several
Montana rivers at various times of the year.

LINDA HEWITT CONNERS
Linda practices
primarily in the field of business law, which includes business
entity formation and governance, employment relations, contract
negotiation and enforcement, and financing arrangements. In
addition she has extensive experience in real property law, which
includes buy-sell agreements, easements, title review, land use
issues, and landlord tenant law. Linda was born in 1951 and
received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University
in 1972 and a Juris Doctrate from Texas Tech School of Law in 1975.
She was employed by the United States Securities and Exchange
Commission as an enforcement attorney from 1975 through 1978. From
1978 through 2004, she served as corporate counsel in the Vantage
Companies, a national real estate development company, NCNB Texas
National Bank and AMRESCO, both contracted with by the FDIC to
handle failed financial institutions. She was admitted to the State
Bar of Montana in 1994 and has been in private practice in Kalispell
since 1998.

ANGELA JACOBS
Angela practices
in the areas of insurance defense, employment law and advising and
appellate practice. She graduated with high honors from Montana
State University in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in business with
an emphasis in accounting and graduated at the top of her class from
the University of Montana School of Law in 2001. After
graduation, she clerked for the Honorable James R. Browning in the
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals located in San Francisco, California
from 2001 to 2002.
She
has been in private practice in the Flathead valley since 2002 and
has been a partner in the firm since January of 2005. When not at
work, she can be found whitewater rafting or on one of the numerous
hiking trails in the Pacific Northwest.

BRYCE FLOCH
Bryce practices
in the areas of insurance defense, workers' compensation defense and
general civil litigation matters including personal injury matters.
Bryce was born in Kellogg, Idaho on May 10, 1973. He received a
B.S. in Sociology and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University
of Idaho in 1996, and a J.D. from the University of Montana Law
School in 2001. Bryce also attended the University of Montana
Graduate School while completing his law degree and completed all
coursework for a M.S. in Environmental Science. Bryce was admitted
to the Montana State Bar in 2001 and is licensed to practice in the
United States District Courts for the District of Montana, and the
United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Bryce was appointed
to the Worker’s Compensation Court Rules Committee in 2005.
Bryce enjoys
whitewater rafting, fly fishing and snow skiing throughout the
Pacific Northwest.
