Dea Arrowsmith
Dea began her legal career right out of high school and went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from Cal Northern School of Law in 2006. After graduating from law school, Dea started a legal services business providing document preparation and mediation services in her hometown in Northern California.
She considers the knowledge and experience she acquired during that time as priceless, not only in a professional capacity but as a mom of young kids and wife to a hardworking logger. In 2016, her husband brought their family to Montana, where she started with Hammer, Quinn, and Shaw. She is thankful every day to be here in this wonderful state.
Chelsea Chambers
After graduating from Whitworth University with a bachelor’s degree in business management, Chelsea moved to Kalispell, Montana, where she began her legal career. Chelsea has several years of experience in the legal field, in both the public and private sector, previously working for the Clerk of Court and Flathead County Attorney’s Office before joining the firm in 2020.
Outside of the office, you can find Chelsea baking cookies, running half marathons, and hanging out with her husband, Paul.
Randi Johnson
Randi was born and raised in Shelby, Montana. She received her Associate of Applied Science degree from Flathead Valley Community College in 2007. Randi has over 16 years of experience working in the legal field, which provides her with a keen perspective on multiple facets of the litigation process.
